Notice to Navigators: Upper Mississippi River

RIAC: UM172 back open 1450 today 1APR

The river was re-opened to traffic about 1450 today, USCG made a BNM.

There will be no closures over the next 8-10 days, longer if the contractor can’t work any days due to rain.

Then, they will need one or two daily closures to install the static lines, the last  part of this project that impacts the river.
