Anchor buoy adrift UMR mile 115.6

 

Just passing along there is an anchor buoy adrift UMR mile 115.6 favoring the RDS.  We overtook it SB at about 1800.  It is the shape of a ball, is brownish rust in color, is approximately 4’ in diameter and has pad eye plates protruding from it.
