Olmsted Locks and Dam Miter Gate Cylinder Anchorage Repairs Ohio River Mile 964.6

Olmsted Locks and Dam (Ohio River Mile 964.6): The Land Chamber will be closed for up to two weeks beginning 18 July 2022. During this time, a contractor will be performing repairs on the anchorages of the miter gate hydraulic cylinders. All work will be completed within the Land Chamber, and the River Chamber will remain open to navigation traffic.

Following completion of work in the Land Chamber, the River Chamber will be closed for up to two weeks to facilitate similar repairs. During this time, the Land Chamber will remain open to navigation traffic.

Mariners should exercise caution when making the approach and departing the chambers and take all direction from the Olmsted Lock Tower.
