PRESOLICITATION NOTICE

Farming and Irrigation Services at Dennis Underwood Conservation Area

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice with the intent of synopsizing a proposed contract action prior to issuance of the solicitation. Specific instructions on submitting your quote will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued on or about April 10, 2023. No documents will be available until the solicitation is issued.

The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Lower Colorado Basin has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of one (1) Small Hydraulic Dredge to assist with maintenance of conservation areas, to be delivered to the Havasu National Wildlife Refuge, Topock, Arizona.

This requirement will be issued unrestricted.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this project is 336611, Ship Building and Repairing with a corresponding small business size standard of $1300 Employees.

This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government contemplates award of one firm fixed price contract.

The solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be available only through Contract Opportunities at www.SAM.gov. All quotes, and other documents required for the quote submittal, including amendments to the quote, shall be submitted electronically. All dates in this announcement are estimated and are subject to change. No other information will be available before the solicitation is posted.

Registrations: In order to be awarded a contract an offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications.
