Dredge Update

Dredge Allison Crosby is dredging at Westdale Lower, Mile 193. Expected completion is this afternoon, 7 July.  Next assignment is Lock 4 Lower Approach.  They will be clearing the lock at 0700 and 1900 to allow tows to pass.

Lock 1 Lower Levels

The Corps indicated that we lose 9' draft, at Lock 1 Lower, at 9.5' on the Lock 1 Lower gage.

Current Lock 1 Lower gage is 12.52' and falling.

USCG Buoy Tender

They are planning to be underway on Monday, 11 July, enroute to the  Gauntlet and Black River, They will try to place a few buoys on that shoal below lock 1 on the 12  ^th. If there are any other issues contact Chief Guidry, cell: (318) 542-1435,  robert.t.guidry@uscg.mil.
