Red River Lock 1 Repair

See today's update on Boggs, attached. BLUF: Repair plan continues and is on schedule. Concrete cutting is complete. Engineers found 4 additional cracks running through I beam welds on the vertical anchorage. We are working 24 hours per day to finish the welding repairs. However, it takes time for the welds to go thru the required heat cycle, tests, and inspections. See updated repair timeline attached.
