Red River Navigation Update
24-hour dredging will begin tomorrow at Lock and Dam 2 on the Red River. The project will include a long cut inside the approach and just outside of it taking approximately 3.5 days to complete. The queue will be cleared twice a day for marine traffic at 0700 and 1900. When complete the dredge will move to Lock and Dam 3 through 5 finishing at Lock and Dam 1.
We will keep you posted on the location of the dredge as it moves on the river.
