The Southeast Missouri Regional Port Authority (Semo Port) of Cape Girardeau and Scott Counties is requesting qualification statements for professional engineering services to design new bulk handling terminal to transload a dry bulk commodity from train to barge as a part of Semo Port’s Better Utilizing Investments to Leverage Development (BUILD) Grant as well other potential parts of the overall project. This project generally includes but is not limited to: Design of a new rail dump, conveyor system and barge load-out. Construction management and construction inspection will be required when the project construction starts.

Qualification statements will be accepted until 11:00 A.M. local prevailing time, on October 21, 2020, at the office of Southeast Missouri Regional Port Authority, 10 Bill Bess Drive, Scott City, MO 63780. A copy of the complete Request for Qualifications (2020-3) may be obtained by contacting Semo Port at 573-264-4045 or by emailing a letter of interest which includes reference to the RFQ being requested; company name; mailing address; telephone number and email address of contact person to either listed below:
