RESCINDED- One-way traffic for ships in Southwest Pass
The M/V DUBLIN EAGLE is no longer anchored and a hazard to navigation. The VTS measure is now rescinded.
To all mariners transiting the Mississippi River in the vicinity of Southwest Pass MM-2 Below Head of Passes, the M/V DUBLIN EAGLE is anchored at MM-2.0 BHP, on the east side of the channel, due to loss of propulsion. A VTS measure is re-established, directing one-way traffic between ships, from MM-3.0 to MM-1.0 BHP, until further notice.
