RIAC: Dredge Hurley Daily 12 hour closures; queue UM103

We have not been maintaining a formal queue for these daily 0600-1800 dredging closures, SB has been going first at 1800

A couple NB have been waiting two days now, let’s plan on running NB first at 1800 tonight.

The Hurley has about one more day at the current location, then will move upstream about a mile and do another 7 days with 0600 to 1800 closures.
