RIAC: Grounding UM16 Dredge Jadwin

The dredge Jadwin will open the channel to traffic at 0930 today.

He anticipates completing dredging at UM15.8 tomorrow and heading back to Memphis District.

The channel will be about 550 feet wide here after dredging, he may not be able to set green buoys when he is done. If not, AIS ATONs will be broadcasted for this reach.
