RIAC Mel Price and Lock 27 queues 21MAR2023

LPMS was working earlier this morning but is down now at 0700

Mel Price is about to switch to SB, about 10 in that que this morning. There may be one or two NB left over in the NB queue. They will lock SB for at least 24 hours before switching again.

Lock 27 locking normal ops, just a couple in queue there
