The USACE LPMS system has been down since about noon yesterday 16JAN.
Lock 27 is locking NB tow, and will continue to do so until about noon tomorrow 18JAN
Mel Price is locking NB tows and will continue to do so until the group of NB coming up from lock 27 clears the lock.
