RIAC Mel Price prioritizing SB during daylight

Conditions at Mel Price are still challenging. Another vessel broke rigging entering the lock yesterday afternoon. Several Captains waited overnight last night to make the lock SB in daylight today.

To increase the margin of safety, Mel Price will prioritize locking SB during daytime hours and catch up on NB overnight until conditions improve.
