RIAC: Pre-Dredge Survey Mile 289.6-289.0 Mississippi River

Please see attached condition survey at mile 289 UMR run after report of shallow water. Controlling depth is at least 10-ft at minimum pool. Red buoys could use some work.

No dredging planned.
