River Closure: Tennessee-Tombigbee (Alabama) RM 14

Notice is given to mariners that the Mobile River will be closed at River Mile 14 on Wednesday 24 May from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

CSX's Contractor will be on site performing the first in-depth repairs to the railroad bridge (Mile-14 Bridge). The repair will require an extended closure as well as precision fit machinery and daylight hours. This will be the first scheduled closure for these repairs.
