Scheduled Lock Closures: NESP Phase 1-L&D 25 RM 241.4

1.  As part of NESP Phase 1, Lock 25 will have 18 intermittent closures for installation of floating mooring bit and placement of concrete in the miter gate recess.   Closures of up to 12 hours at time, are scheduled from 25 August 2023 through 29 December 2023.

2. The scheduled closures are subject to change due to weather and or site conditions.  All changes will be scheduled through RIAC on a weekly basis.

3. Each closure is scheduled from 0600 to 1800 hours on the following days:

1. August 25 and 31

2. September 7, 13, 19, and 25

3. October 23, and 27

4. November 2, 8, 14, 20, 30

5. December 6, 12, 18, 22, and 29

4. All navigation interest should be alert for, and abide by, any special instructions that may be issued by the Lockmaster.
