We are looking for a Senior Dive Manager to focus on complex underwater services projects through the United States by developing teams to pursue the projects and by assisting in all phases of the project from bidding, planning and performance of the project.

Senior Dive Manager Responsibilities:

  • Network with key industry personnel that will produce opportunities to pursue complex underwater projects.
  • Position works closely with field staff adjusting in schedules and work approaches to accomplish project goals.
  • Management of project execution methods, proposal preparation, pricing, coordination with the Dive Group Superintendent on crew management and mentoring of young engineers and divers.
  • Perform project management duties for ongoing projects as required.
  • Work with clients to insure they receive a high-quality product and ensure that all work is performed in strict accordance with ADCI (Association of Diving Contractors International) Standards.

 Senior Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Required B.S. in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, construction management or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in construction, project management, and design-build construction obtained through a combination of experience and education.
  • Certified dive supervisor through the ADCI.
  • Specific knowledge and application of Dive Safety procedures, policies, and regulations, including but not limited to the ADCI, US Navy Diving, OSHA, US Coast Guard, UCSACE (United States Army Corps. Of Engineers), and CADC (Canadian Association of Diving Contractors)
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as workload dictates. Travel is required. Typically, travel is job and work function dependent but can encompass up to 75% of this position’s time commitment
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, problem solving skills and organizational skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and decision-making ability.
