Slow safe speed MM-83.5 LDB Core Sampling

Continuing through June 10, 2023, core sample drilling operations are being conducted on the Mississippi River, LDB, at Mile 83.5, AHOP. Operations will be conducted 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. The M/V AUNT DONNA will be on-scene and monitoring VHF-FM Channels 16 and 67. Mariners are urged to use caution and transit the area at their slowest safe speed to create minimum wake.
