The St. Louis Port Authority is soliciting proposals to lease 931 linear feet along the Mississippi River at the foot of the prolongation of E. Grand Avenue for barge mooring and fleeting.

The Saint Louis Port District comprises 6,000 acres along the City’s 19-mile riverfront.  It lies within the 70-mile Port of Metropolitan St. Louis. As defined by the Army Corps, the PMSL has 130 facilities on both sides of the river. It is the most northern ice- and lock-free port on the Mississippi River. Served by 6 Class I railroads and 7 interstates, it is situated within 500 miles of one-third of the US population.
