The Port Authority of the City of St. Louis will receive sealed proposals from prospective tenants to rent a vacant S-2 unrestricted zone warehouse certified for use in manufacturing, fabrication, storage, and equipment & fleet maintenance on 5/7/2020.
The site lies a few blocks from I-70 and the Musial Bridge across the Mississippi. Active Terminal Railroad tracks run along the east and west side of the building. The city's Municipal River Terminal is located one block to the east.
