Tainter Valve Repairs at McNary Navigation Lock

The McNary navigation lock tainter valve #1 will remain out of service until extensive repairs can be completed to valve seals that were damaged during operation of the lock. Repairs are estimated to be completed by 1700 on 13 October 2022. Until repairs are finished, lockages are predicted to require an additional 15-20 minutes to complete.

Project affected: McNary Lock and Dam, located at Columbia River Mile 292.
