Waterway Restrictions on the Illinois Waterway, Romeoville, IL

The purpose of this bulletin is to inform the maritime industry and waterway users that the U.S. Coast Guard will be closing a portion of the Illinois Waterway at Romeoville, IL.

This immediate action is necessary to protect the waterway and its users, and allow dive operations for the recovery of a vehicle in
the waterway. This restriction will be enforced on the waters of the Illinois Waterway at Mile Marker 297
from 1100 to 1300 October 2, 2022.
